Rule 10
Arrangement of Revolving Fund
:
(1) The board shall establish a revolving fund and the amount shall be deposited in that fund every year as determined by the board.
(2) The board may keep the amount in the revolving fund in a term account or invest in securities issued by the Government of Nepal.
(3) The amount in the Akshaya Fund cannot be spent except for the income earned from the amount in the Akshaya Fund.
